Features & Perks: - 1-2 hours (depending on the size of the home) - Includes up to 40 high-resolution photos in order to ensure beautiful lighting - Images will be sized for the MLS - Final photos will be delivered within 48 hours of the photoshoot - Photos will be sent via an online album link with easy access to download all images Prices Starting At: 0 - 1,000 sqft = $150 1001 - 2000 sqft = $225 2001 - 3000 sqft = $275 3,001 - 4,000 sqft = $325 4,001 - 5,000 sqft = $400 5,001 - 6,000 sqft = $475 *If your home is not ready and the "Inspired by Decorative Advice" package was not purchased, an additional $50 will be billed. **Prices do not include 6.35% CT Sales Tax. ***Appointment cancellations not due to weather, with less than 24 hours notice, will be billed a $75 cancelation fee. ****A 50% deposit of your session fee is required to book to secure your date, and is non-refundable; however, it is transferrable to another date in the future. *****Rush delivery of photos (within 24 hours of photoshoot) is available for an additional $50.
